Both the ECCFA and the ECC Board team continued mediation on Monday, this time for nearly seven hours. However, there were no sign-offs.
Rick Green, the ECCFA's chief negotiator, reported that there was movement on key issues by both sides and that a number of proposals were exchanged. The two sides agreed to meet again with the mediator at 4 p.m. on Wednesday and possibly again on Saturday.
Green is planning to call an all-faculty meeting for 3 p.m. on Thursday.
